WHEW! That was a brain crusher. Since I've been home for the past few years I feel like my brain doesn't get challenged like it did when I studied full time or worked in the corporate world. So this new lingerie line has been perfect for my brain growth. hahahaha.
Ok, but in all honesty, these challenging testers take a bit of a toll on me (and my family) because I get so involved with what I'm creating. Like making sure I understand the process (how to apply flat lingerie elastic---uhg, no fun!), using new stitched and testing out new techniques. Rarely do I find a tester that is as enjoyable as these bras have been.
If you're not familiar with what I mean by "tester" well, those in my Facebook group get to be my guinea pigs and pay the cost of supplies. This allows me to make dozens of any given item and hone in on my skill set. It's a ton of fun for everyone! Surprise prints and learning. What else could we ask for? LOL
So this is a picture of what my workroom looks like when I complete a tester, at midnight of course! It's a total mess and I'm a bit embarrassed. However, this is my life so welcome to my crazy!
I desperately need some better organization this space. What can you recommend for me?
